Bring back #WebOS: Discount #HP #TouchPad Demand Crashes #UK Sites:
After prompting a huge surge in demand by cutting the price of its TouchPad tablet in the US to just $99, HP has achieved similar in the UK after the device was being sold off for just £89.

Within minutes of the price drop being actioned on sites such as PC World and Currys, demand was so great that servers struggled to cope with the traffic and orders became almost impossible to complete. As of today, many retailers selling the TouchPad at the reduced price have sold out, with only staples.co.uk still showing stock at the time of writing, but with the site running extremely slowly.
How long until HP admits it made a mistake and continue WebOS?  If HP is still going to be a software company does it really it's best to develop  and provide no tablet or smartphone operating software?
